We offer a 5-Day Return / Replacement Policy for our customers.

Customers can request a return or replacement within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or replacement.

The unboxing video must be recorded clearly from the start (before opening the package) until the product is fully shown.

Returns or replacements will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
